The Robin Hood Inn sits amongst the beautiful countryside of Northumberland conveniently located for exploring Hadrian's Wall and the Historic towns of Corbridge and Hexham. Think of a typical English rural pub where time has stood still since the 1930s and you can imagine the Robin Hood Inn. Log fires, ales from the cask, and seriously good food, served in an informal and friendly environment.

Our restaurant is famous not only for the great food we serve but also for the collection of antiques and curios that fill every nook and cranny - we have even been known to part with some of our pieces to insistent transatlantic customers! We are located brilliantly for Fishing, Golfing, Horse riding, Cycling and Walking or for visiting the Roman sites at Corbridge and Housesteads.

Local Golf courses include Matfen Hall and Hexham. The Pub itself sits immediately next to the route of the Roman Wall and we are currently in negotiations to have the pub selected as a Stamping station for the Great Hadrian Wall Walk. This would allow those walking the Wall route to have their card stamped to authenticate their achievement.
